HOLY SMOKES THAT WAS FAST!!! Let me start by saying I was expecting something bad. Service in most repair shops isn’t what is used to be, from my experience. Not the case here. They were here in less than 20 minutes. I didn’t know what to expect. Diagnosis took but minutes. He had his boss on the phone helping as well. I liked that. He was honest and showed me everything he was doing. A central air system is a huge investment and it’s scary to get told you need to pay a crazy price for repairs. Again not the case here. I was blown away on what a great deal for such fast service. I was expecting to pull off on my arm to pay. Nope. They will be my go-to guy for everything. Absolutely professional and courteous and quick. Look no further folks, you’ve found your guys!!!! Your AC guys that is.

This is literally one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with period. After going through multiple terrible companies who took our money and didn’t fix the issue I was lucky enough to find Hybrid. They knew exactly what was wrong, came out multiple times when I needed them and sometimes didn’t even charge me when they definitely could have. Never late. Always communicative. So professional. I recommend them to everyone! Seriously. Don’t waste your time and money with anyone else.

Frank just came out today and got our air conditioning working again. We called so many places and everyone was booked or just flaked and didn’t show. Frank was out within 2 hours of me calling and I couldn’t be happier with his services. He was efficient and honest, and didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary parts. My A/C unit had decided to quit on me. Had reached to Hybrid late in the evening and the following morning got a response. They had an opening between 11-1. Robert gave me a call and was at my door by 1030. Turns out it was the capacitor so it was replaced. Robert went above and beyond by doing other things to ensure that my unit was running efficiently. Frank and the Hybrid team showed up and got the work done. Everyone had masks on and treated my house with so much respect while keeping up with the social distancing. He was able to accommodate us and fit us in ASAP. We needed to get an old floor furnace removed and add new central heating and Air Conditioning. Was able to finish the job in 2 1/2 days! All the work was clean and left it better than I could ever imagine. I would recommend Hybrid Air and will be using them for all maintenance needs.

Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!!! Frank and his team responded SUPER quick to my heating emergency. Within 30 mins from the first call, Frank himself came to my house and inspected to see what the issue was. Once the problem was found I was given a couple of options. From there he had a crew to my house within a couple of hours from another job and by 4 pm the heating issues were fixed and we were sitting comfy. Fair pricing and willingness to help. I will call on him and his company again!
