Our Services

We provide residential HVAC services in Pico Rivera, CA and the surrounding Greater Los Angeles area. Our work includes air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance; heating and furnace service; heat pump installation and repair; ductless mini-split systems; indoor air quality solutions; and seasonal tune-ups and maintenance plans. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We may decline work that is unsafe, outside our license scope, or outside our service area.

Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

• We give pricing up front before work begins.
• Estimates are based on what we can see and test at the time of the visit. If we find additional problems once work starts, we will explain the change and get your approval before we continue.
• Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree to other terms in writing.
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing.
• Financing is provided by third-party lenders under their own terms and credit approval. We do not make credit decisions and we do not collect card numbers on this website.

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability, and we work to arrive within the scheduled window.
• Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service call fee.
• Emergency service is available and may be billed at after-hours rates. We will tell you the rate before we dispatch.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. Labor warranties apply to the work we perform, and manufacturer warranties may apply to equipment and parts we install. The exact terms and length of each warranty depend on the service and equipment, and we will give them to you in writing at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of required maintenance, or work done by someone else after us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hybrid Air, Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or this website. This includes lost profits, loss of use, and loss of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that caused the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that California law does not allow us to limit.
